There are many diverse interests that will benefit from and be affected by the ADD Water Program. During the implementation phase of ADD Water, CAP will continue to maintain its commitment to an open, collaborative environment for CAP, its customers and stakeholders to share, learn about and understand the views of one another.
The conceptual strategy, that describes how the public participation aspect of the program ADD Water Program works, is designed to create an environment for stakeholders to focus on substantive issues.
For the first year, a dual structure was created that includes a large stakeholder group supported by small work teams. Large stakeholder group meetings are supported by professional facilitators. CAP will also conduct work in parallel to support stakeholders at the small work team level or the large stakeholder group level.
