CAP ADD Water Program Proposal
At the August 26, 2010 BIG Group meeting, Task Teams indicated that, for their work to continue, a number of matters, undecided in the Final Summary of Emerging Consensus adopted by the Board, needed to be resolved. While each Task Team could develop its own operating assumptions to resolve these issues, most stakeholders felt it would be better for Task Teams to use the same operating assumptions.
At the September Board meeting, Board members who attended the August 26, 2010 meeting encouraged staff to prepare a document to help stakeholders address some of these issues. As a result, CAP's General Manager directed CAP Staff to consider the Summary of Emerging Consensus, the work of the Task Teams and any other information needed to arrive at a program proposal for stakeholders to consider further.
This proposal was presented at the November 17, 2010 BIG Group meeting. An executive summary, the program document and the presentation made at the meeting are below:
On December 7, 2010, stakeholders met again to reflect on the proposal. To read stakeholder comments click on the links below:

To answer questions and make those questions and answers accessible to all stakeholders, CAP established an on-line question and answer board or Q&A Ask. Upon receiving a question, CAP staff will answer the question as quickly as possible and post the answer. CAP may combine like questions or refer to responses to earlier questions as needed.
To use Q&A Ask, you will need to register your name, organization, e-mail address and question. While you can ask as many questions as possible, please limit each request to one question. To get started, click on the Q&A Ask icon. To view a list of all the questions and responses, click the Q & A Tell icon.
