There are no anticipated impacts to CAP resources from pending Indian water rights settlements. The Arizona Water Settlements Act set aside 67,300 acre-feet of Non-Indian Agricultural priority CAP water to use for future Indian settlements and CAP's repayment obligation was adjusted to reflect that that water would be used for federal/Indian purposes. That is the only CAP water that is available to resolve outstanding Indian water rights claims.
